I have a maxisys pro which I bought not long ago.
The story is: I had a customer with a 2006 chrysler grand voyager coming in for a scan,so I connect to the machine and all set to scan it,however after finishing scanning it, it kept saying communication error, so I checked all the connections and they looked fine, car selection is fine too, mind this is not the first time doing it,so what could the problem be?Tags: DS708 , problem , ds708_problems , maxisys , pro , no , communication , error

Can it scan out the system of this car? Could you please provide us the VIN NO. of it and also collect a datalog for our analysis? -

It found the vin number, other than that there is no communication

Hello, have you tried to enter it manually? If it failed to enter from auto-scan, then it needs to enter by manual selection. And also it will be helpful for us to locate this problem from the datalog, so please collect a datalog for our analysis. Thanks.
